Excellent battery life and sound, can be used all day, but some small things bother me subjectively.

Pros: - "Comfort" is very subjective. Each font and style can be good for some but not for others. I don't mind this style. It stays in place and the interchangeable silicone ear tips are all I need. - sound. I've been using it in meetings all day today and everyone in the room said I sound great and I sound good too. I wasn't worried about the battery dying either. My battery died after a 7 hour conference call, but that's a rare day. Another seemingly insignificant thing that I actually like more than other headsets, that I use regularly is a built-in voice: it's very clear, clear and loud. quickly. Cons for me: - No sound. I don't necessarily object to "Conambo" since no one exercises that right. Yes, there is a hardware button to mute the mic and it works as expected when used with a cell phone. You will receive a notification when it is activated and deactivated; I'm glad there's nothing better than a reminder tone every 10-15 seconds. However, it doesn't pair with a computer for Skype/Teams/WebEx calls (which is where I spend 90% of my usage); he's just trying to summon Cortana. I just wish someone would implement a hardware mute properly, which mutes the mic more or less from the source rather than depending on the host. - 2 pairs of devices. Yes, it can connect to two host devices, but not very well. This is more likely to be a shortcoming of the various Bluetooth versions. In my case it is connected to iPhone 6s and Lenovo T480. When used with my laptop, it disconnects and reconnects to my phone every 10 seconds, causing the headset to constantly say "out of range" and then "connected" even though my phone and laptop are connected within 3 feet of headsets. I have to turn off bluetooth on my phone for this to stop. If I want it to automatically reconnect to my phone, do I need to re-enable Bluetooth on the phone and then restart the headset. There's also no manual switching between the two hosts; It seems it's better to be smart and prioritize audio on the last active host device. - Occasion: This is a small but odd design choice for me. I'm glad a pouch is included so you can toss it in your work bag and keep it lint-free. It's odd that the case doesn't fit the small micro-USB charging cable, but it seems that this could easily happen if the hand of the headset changes a bit. The case does a good job of holding the extra sizes of silicone earbuds, but these are things I'll never use unless I get the right size for me. Luckily I already have micro USB cables everywhere. I'd call the silent implementation a deal breaker, but I've used $200+ Jabra and Plantronics headsets that still don't work properly, so it's hard to expect that from the rest of the market. .Overall this is a great headset for the price. While I'm glad I didn't pay more for it, I could spend $100 more and still not get better performance or features. Luckily I already have micro USB cables everywhere.
