I was in physical therapy for a torn Achilles tendon and the therapist massaged my foot and ankle. Especially after 6 weeks in hiking boots they looked awful, incredibly dry and rough. On the second visit he looked better than 20 years ago. I only bought them to improve my other foot which now looks much better than before. I've used it as a lotion and off label but it's been great. It doesn't smell, hence the 3 stars. The reduction in pain in the affected ankle was due to the reduction in edema in the healthy ankle - due to the elimination of very dry and cracked skin.
