The participants in the conversation did not report any issues with the microphone, so it would appear that everything is operating normally. - The gloss on the cover is rapidly scratched, but you are able to deal with it. - The connection may be lost for a fraction of a second when using a smartphone; this is a common issue with TWS; I experienced the same thing with my Xiaomi neckband. Occurs only occasionally.
