I just got my new lids, couldn't test how they worked but was so excited I wanted to "unwrap" them. experience so far. I've tried making all kinds of fermented foods with little success: kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, etc. Anytime we have mold or something messed up, our biggest problem seems to be that there were always lids. These lids actually make you want to try again. I'll update my review when I do something with them, but for now I'm really impressed. The delivery was very quick. The packaging is beautiful. Nothing has moved in the box as the inner packaging fits perfectly. I was even delighted to receive the thank you letter when I opened the box. Overall, I'm happy to try again and can't wait to update this review with a success story.
