These are really lightweight and semisolid foam. I took them off the elastic they came with and VERY PATIENTLY E6000-ed them to a headband for my husband's Halloween costume this year (gluing flat horn end to rounded headband required a long hold time, so put on some trash tv and be patient). Don't expect rigid plastic, the foam is actually much nicer.They were the absolute perfect thing for Beauty and the Beast this year. Husband said they were very comfortable for long wear, and with the altered headband with comb teeth they dmstayed put in his hair.
