Great! I have 6 of these and just sort them over a "nice" fabric cover. They wash surprisingly well and I've never had a problem with a leak or loss of waterproofing. I haven't noticed many stains even after 4 months of poor treatment except when one of them was washed in a load with brand new dark fabrics and there was color transfer (oops!). If something is transferred from a diaper, I can simply fold the end over and get a clean, dry surface to finish my diaper change and then into the hamper.
