I have been delighted with this product since I started making masks. Disappointment came upon arrival. The box was damaged, I don't think it was the delivery as I didn't see any damage to the postal packaging. All items fell out of the box the items were in when opened. OK, I thought. I can put them in another suitcase, no big deal. The items are very difficult to use no matter how hard I try. I soon decided that I would go back to the old way: cut, fold and iron. Since I couldn't find any other use for this item, I threw it away!
