Tried these braces at Dicks and they were really nice, they were $20 off at Revain. I've had some issues with cartilage pain when climbing stairs, squatting, or kneeling. With the resumption of CrossFit I needed someone to stabilize my knee/knees. It was delivered to me today and I tried to go upstairs and do some light exercise. Most of my pains are gone which makes me very happy! The only complaint I have is that there is no spec for a left/right position. So if it's my right knee, that means the velcro and strap get caught on my left foot when moving. A bit annoying but I think I'll try to connect it to secure it when I get back to practice otherwise I know it's going to chafe my left leg. I don't have big feet so it doesn't matter, but I think someone with bigger feet might have more trouble with that.
