good so my friends and I fly on a cardo pack and chat while skydiving in a wingsuit. You know those squirrel costumes. We put them on our Kiss helmets and we are able to communicate well during the flight and it really helped our safety because we knew where our partners were in the sky without looking back. This means this strap can hold the Cardo Pack securely at speeds in excess of 150 mph and withstand the impact shock! So I decided to buy extra suspension and mount the Cadro on the Bell motorcycle helmet. So, the Bell camera helmet was a bit tuned to pick up the radio, but the Cardo wasn't the same. But there were cutouts for speakers and what not. So here it is. Installation was very easy! Just take your time, work slowly, and pay attention to how you wire your helmet. Find a well-lit room, slowly open the helmet and pull out the padding to route the cables, speakers, and microphone. Just ask. 1) The microphone wire is a little short and the speaker wire is a little long for normal motorcycle helmet. 2) not enough velcro. Too bad they didn't give me some extra strips of material to manage the wires. 3) Standard speakers work well. good enough
