Got two of these for our golden retrievers. I quickly got tangled up in the online account and looked through the bold email - so the tags went to the ozone! I have sent an email to customer service at support@myluckytag.com explaining my plight. I registered again (this time with the right email address!) and sent them two QR codes. They moved the tags to the correct account and I was able to edit and add images. The most amazing thing is that all of this happened within an hour or even less! Excellent customer service. After setting up tags with contacts, details, etc., I "verified" one and immediately received an email asking me to scan tags with GPS coordinates. With this you have the possibility to open the coordinates in Google Maps and they are in the middle of our house where I tested the day! While both dogs have an "old fashioned" tag with our phone numbers, these QR tags now give me a lot more reassurance should the dogs decide to roam.
