A very good quality. Bright. Cooler color temperature. Power inside USB 3 Spec

Works great. My only complaint is that the light is more bluish and I prefer more reddish (lower, "warmer" temperatures). I knew this was happening and to me the convenience of the optional RF dimmer switch and USB powering outweigh this minor complaint. I installed the Luminoodle 118" "big" kit on a Vizio P55-c1 (55" 4K TV). I installed at the back where the back was parallel to the wall behind. Since the back of my TV is slightly curved around the edges (5" radius), the "flat" area I applied it to ended up about 3" left, right and top. If you're not sure what size you need, measure a piece of string and see how well it fits. When choosing the placement, also pay attention to the length of the connector. This is a very thoughtful design with a flat cable and a bi-directional USB connector. The adhesive is genuine 3M OEM molding tape. This is used in the automotive world, for example to put a chrome car model name on a car. Trust me this is what you want. Once applied (you peel off the red tape from the gray adhesive self-adhered to one side of the back of the Luminoodle flex circuit) it won't go anywhere unless you want it to. If you have clean hands and a clean surface (wipe down the back of your TV before applying Luminoodle) you should be able to re-stick it if you're careful if you mess it up at all. Again, this is the best they could use. Measure it and plan where you want to install it before gluing and you should be fine. I also went for an optional RF dimmer which is just as good and has a shared flat cable + bi-directional USB connector (you can plug it "backwards" and it works great). I control it with a Broadlink RM-Pro which I think is another very good product. The RF range is good, there are MANY brightness levels, and the user interface is simple. Like some of you, I was curious to know the actual power consumption for the large size. I measured with two original Apple 110V USB adapters - a 5W iPhone adapter and a 12W iPad adapter. With the dimmer set to full brightness, the 118-inch Luminoodle drew 0.71A at 5.16V (3.7W). At the lowest setting it drew 0.04 @ 4.97V (this was connected to my TV's USB 2.0 port via a USB 3 extension cable -> Tester -> Dimmer at lowest setting -> Luminoodle). TL; A DR-USB 3.0 port should be able to source 900mA at 5V. That's less than under any circumstances for a large size, even with a dimmer. If your TV has a blue USB port, it will run as brightly as possible. If you only have USB 2.0, there's a slim chance your TV will complain about the device drawing too much power for the big device (not sure if other sizes draw less power, but they *should*) and you will maybe I need to use a USB wall adapter or something.
