I bought XX Large for my 65 inch OLED TV. I ran a strip along the very edges of the TV, knowing I would be mounting with a very flat mount. This provides very even lighting as you can see in the picture. I had about 5-6 inches of free space that I just trimmed. The colors are cool, but I'll mostly just use white. I only bought the Pro because I wanted to control the brightness of the light.

Cheap and effective. I have an NZXT Hue+ for my PC, desk and monitor, but I wanted a basic white light for my living room TV. It's quite bright and I wish there was a dimmer switch but it gets the job done. Now it's much easier to watch TV without struggling with glare from other light sources or windows, and also helps with TV contrast. The durability of this product is just great but a thin LED strip just can't be 5 star quality. It should be ok after gluing, but I think it might get damaged during assembly under stress. Just be careful and follow the instructions and you should be fine. But man, that thing is bright! I bought the shortest length (36 inches) for my 65 inch TV just to try it out. I've used fluorescent backlighting on my last two TVs and liked it for better picture quality and less eye strain, but it was turned off by a separate switch and was a bit difficult to reach on the back. I really didn't want to cut the luminoodle strip at any of the marked spots because the description of where to cut wasn't crystal clear.
