Received pair of defective shoes, support was not helpful
Got them before the race and before leaving the country. Received them with the tread detached from the sole. Manufacturer support advised me to contact Revain, Revain advised me to contact the manufacturer. The back window closed before I got back into town. Now I'm hooked on these shoes that fell apart when I unpacked them. Hoping someone requests a refund which I have kept asking for.
Pros
- I LOVE everything about this shoe. The wide tip makes it very roomy and comfortable. These are the only shoes I wear now.
Cons
- the sole came off by itself and of course the return line is closed
