As other reviewers have pointed out, this Keurig only works occasionally. The switches appear to be broken, only work for a while. If you are patient, coffee will be brewed after several attempts. The coffee is hot and good. I've found it to work well after several attempts to get a BIG SILVER button to get the system to work. Quality control usually detects this defect. A sample of every tenth unit should reveal this problem. However, the quality control department does not recognize this problem. There is no excuse for such sloppy work.
