I like that I can print out my entire file to share with others for their signature or for me to sign it to send back. It's easy to use and the customer service is great! I dislike that you have to pay for the software each time you need something printed. And if you do not have your account set up correctly, it will cost money. I recommend this program as it allows you to save all of your documents in one place so you don't have to keep going from office to office trying to find what you are looking for. We were able to store all of our signatures in one place so we did not have to go from person to person signing papers.
