This is a quality part that fixes the problem where my Bosch oven would intermittently not reach the set temperature. Well packed, in bubble wrap and two boxes. This is important as these igniters are brittle and prone to cracking on impact. If you are unsure if the igniter is the problem, follow these steps: 1. Turn off the oven.2. Remove the back cover of the oven.3. Disconnect the igniter terminals.4. Check the resistance with a multimeter in ohms mode. It should be around 70 ohms. If it's much higher, it needs to be replaced. The one I replaced was still glowing but didn't get hot enough to light the burner. It showed about 300 ohms.
