These were originally purchased for camping trips (1 inside, 1 outside the tent) to see how the gear I took would handle the weather on the trip. Two weeks later I received a pair of ORIAs of different models/better design to use for this task and they ended up in my bathroom and living room for general inspection. The first died at about 1 month; another in a week. I replaced the batteries and they worked again. The first died again about 5 weeks later. I suspect it's probably just the battery that needs replacing again, but I won't waste time on the confirmation or the batteries at this point.
