I'm having trouble with my fridge and need an easy way to control the temperature in the fridge and freezer compartments without opening the door. I asked if this was a viable solution and another user said they use it for commercial refrigerators. I took 2 packs and put one in each compartment. They seem to be working fine. This is a relatively inexpensive way to monitor the fridge's temperature until I fix it.

I originally took them on a camping trip (1 inside the tent, 1 outside the tent) to see how the gear I took would fare with the weather. Two weeks later I received a pair of ORIAs of different models/better design to use for this task and they ended up in my bathroom and living room for general inspection. They work great. I use them in a turtle enclosure. I would have liked more range. The charts created in the free app are very useful. I had to buy another one because I accidentally dropped one in the sink and they aren't waterproof.
