Bought specifically for an extended vacation abroad. That worked wonderfully at first. Uploading photos or short videos from iPhone suddenly stopped after a week of successfully uploading photos and short videos. I tried the device troubleshooting section and searched the web for information or a tech number. I couldn't find anything. I can't download or delete anything from my device. Claims to charge but only drains the battery without charging anything. iPad and iPhone use the latest version. Frustrated that I can't use the flash drive. I still have a few weeks of vacation, so I'm really annoyed because I'm out of the country and can't take pictures on my iPhone anymore due to lack of space.
