Review on 🤿 Black Grey HEAD Sea VU Dry Full Face Snorkeling Mask - Small/Medium | Clear Silicone by Mark Taylor

I have been snorkeling for about 30 years and have a great mask and snorkel that I love. However, I was in the middle of a dental job so I bought a Head Sea Vu for our recent trip to Bonaire to avoid biting the mouthpiece. Wow. I have been converted. That works great. I had no fogging or water in my eyes (I usually have at least some water in my mask). There is more field of view. I also didn't have the "dents" around my eyes that usually come from a thick mask. Note: The instructions state NOT to use anti-fog products. The SeaVu's cons didn't cause any problems, but I'll mention them: 1) The way the hose engages/removes looks like it could break easily. You have to rock it back and forth to pick up the phone and there are no instructions to tell you how. I found this information from other users' reviews. On the trip I took an extra SeaVu with me in case it broke. I ended up giving it to a friend who has been snorkeling and diving for 40 years - she loved it and is buying it for herself. 2) After about 30 minutes of diving, I felt like blowing through a straw into a glass of water several times. It didn't affect my breathing, I somehow stopped it by blowing hard and never found out what caused it. 3) It's harder to speak so others can hear you - you have to pull the whole mask off. 4) To prevent water from entering the mask, I preferred to put it on before entering the water. That's not to say you'll have trouble getting dressed in the water - I had that the first few days. Note: My son bought his family full face masks for a lot less. They worked great for them but you could see the difference in quality and craftsmanship (plus they didn't snorkel often or for very long).
