I would like to give 5 stars but given the circumstances I couldn't.1. When I opened the packaging I smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When I actually pulled out my backpack, it was even worse. Even after washing and everything else, the smell was very strong.2. It was wrapped in a saran wrap-like plastic sheet on top of the clear plastic piece. I managed to get *most* off, but it still gets stuck where the zipper is. I was disappointed with this.3. After removing the plastic from the transparent part, which is supposed to protect the plastic from scratches, there were scratches on it. I can honestly still use it, but I'd happily give 5 stars if these issues didn't occur. I don't usually give bad reviews, but I have to do it here. My bearded dragons seem to like it and it seems comfortable, I added a pillow so the 'floor' it comes with doesn't smell so bad. It's durable and I like the side zip and pocket. It was the cheapest "cat backpack" I could find, so it was a lot cheaper. I will try to upload photos.
