I like that it can be used in combination with any AI platform. It has very good accuracy when we have high quality data, otherwise its not as accurate. This is what i dislike about this tool - sometimes you need to collect more information before getting some insights out of them (e.g., questions asked). We use scopeai for our chatbot which does sentiment analysis. The only thing was missing at first was support but they quickly came up with an implementation plan so everything worked well after few days. Sentiment Analysis helps us understand how customers feel while interacting with different channels such as website or mobile app. Also, by analyzing their comments/feedback through text messages and emails, we are able to get better understanding of user experience and identify areas where improvements could happen.
