Great customer support plus excellent quality services and tools

Its very easy for newbie's like me, who have no technical knowledge of computers or networking devices at all! The interface was super user friendly with many features that I can't even begin describing here (I'm only using it as an answering machine).

It has been great so far but some things need improvement such us; 1) when you are having multiple calls going through your system simultaneously sometimes there will be disconnections between them2.) Sometimes if someone doesn’t answer within 3 rings after pushing '1' then they might never hear from person calling3.). Also sometime recordings don´nt record properly which leads people not being able get hold back information about clients/customer problems etc..But overall its still good software!! If anyone needs one let yourself experience what this amazing product does once used -its definitely worth every penny spent.
