Invalid drum in toner cartridges

Both drums are registered as "invalid drum". We have 2 separate Xerox printers and they both said the same thing. I tried calling Xerox but couldn't speak to a real person. I'm not sure if I'm just unlucky or if it's a big problem. I think I'll have to buy fake brand names as I've had better luck with them but even they aren't that good so I tried buying the Xerox brand hoping they were better.

Pros

RELIABLE: Compatible toners can fail, produce poor color and reduce page count. Print with genuine Xerox toners for accurate results, bright colors and sharp edges
