*** Fixed all my DP 1.2 issues ***
I spent hours daisy chaining 2 30" Dell monitors (U3014/U3011) to my Intel 520 integrated graphics . I thought it would be impossible, but since my system came with 64GB of RAM and I don't need high-end video, I decided to give it a try. Switched 3014 to 1.2 via menu and 3011 worked fine. but 3014 turned black. When I disabled 1.2 on 3014, both worked, but I couldn't expand the displays. just a mirror. Frustrated, I decided to try newer high quality cables. And guess what. Worked right away. Which cable you get is particularly important if you have multiple monitors and a daisy chain via 1.2. It's worth buying, thanks!
