Best Displayport cable I've ever used

We went through 4 cables before deciding on this one. Bought a lg uc79 ultrawide 34 inch 144hz monitor and had picture quality issues and was willing to return the monitor. Did some research and found that display port cables for 6ft or more should be of high quality. So I ordered this and 4 other cables and it was the only cable that freed my monitor and allowed my Vesa mount to move smoothly. Also, it doesn't have those stupid clips that attach to the connector so no more broken wires, and…

The 10ft version supports high throughput!

I used to have a 6 foot cable to support my 1440p 165Hz monitors, but I didn't like the length. I've tried other brands of 10ft DP cables in the past but I think where the signal to noise ratio was too high for a 1440p output at 165Hz I've had to settle for shorter cable lengths that do the make cabling more difficult. .I bought these cables on a whim, not expecting them to support them, but they worked with no problems! The braid also gives the cables a comfortable feel, you can tell there is…

*** Fixed all my DP 1.2 issues ***

I spent hours daisy chaining 2 30" Dell monitors (U3014/U3011) to my Intel 520 integrated graphics . I thought it would be impossible, but since my system came with 64GB of RAM and I don't need high-end video, I decided to give it a try. Switched 3014 to 1.2 via menu and 3011 worked fine. but 3014 turned black. When I disabled 1.2 on 3014, both worked, but I couldn't expand the displays. just a mirror. Frustrated, I decided to try newer high quality cables. And guess what. Worked right away…

Works great between RTX 2080 and G-Sync monitor

Used to connect an MSI RTX 2080 Duke setup to a Dell S2716DGR. It runs at 2560 x 1440p at 144Hz with G-Sync. Not a single problem, whatever it may be. This cable is a good 10 feet long which gives me enough flexibility to place my computer/monitor the way I want it. The braided cable looks very high quality, as do the ends/connectors. I particularly like that there is no latch on either end that you have to push down to "unlatch" the connector from the port. The locking mechanism is of little…

My cable and connection problem was solved

Sturdy construction. This cable was purchased to replace the Samsung OEM DisplayPort cable that came with the 49" QLED gaming monitor I just purchased. I experienced screen lag and stuttering when using an OEM cable with a monitor set to 144Hz via an EVGA Gforce GTX 1060 GPU. After connecting the iVanky cable, colors became more vivid, lag and screen shake disappeared. I think the problem with the OEM cable is that it can't handle the throughput. The lifetime warranty is also a plus, as modern…

Pin 20 is ACTIVE!

Bought this cable, worked fine for a while and delivered a stable 1440p resolution at 144Hz with no issues. As the weather got drier and more static I noticed that my display would go black quickly and then turn back on when I was at the Touching one of my PC peripherals became static. I looked around and found that it was connected to the 20th pin of the active DisplayPort cable, which violates VESA standards (so this cable isn't certified). Looking at the cable, pin 20 appears to be active…

So many cables, wow

This cable is very similar to cable. It is both flexible and connected to things it needs to be connected to. The length of the cable corresponds to the description. It's long enough to get out from behind a table, for example, but not saying it'll cover the entire house or allow you to connect to a TV you've set up in the backyard. Only you can decide if this length is enough for you personally or if the length itself is too long and you feel inadequate in other areas of your life. The best…

Runs at 1440p at 165Hz, works great.

This cable meets all quality requirements. Arrived in a nice light box. It includes protective covers for gold-plated connectors. It has a very smooth and durable braid. The connecting handles have a nice brushed aluminum feel and they don't have a locking mechanism either (which I like). If there was a minus, then this cable is really very thick. I've never had a displayport cable before, so I don't know if that kind of thickness is normal or not. For those wondering if this cable is actually…

  • Ugly packaging

Thick braid, spam reviews, durability cannot be confirmed.

It's been less than a month and iVanky have already contacted me twice asking for a review and I missed a star for that. If you look at my history, I usually review everything I buy, but I usually give it a few months of use before doing a real review. I went with the gray/black version because it's more neutral and fits my space better, but if I could I'd go for the red/black braid. The jacket itself is very thick which for a beginner would indicate a quality cable/copper but for that reason I
