Bought GOOVIS Young to watch movies on my Android tablet on long flights. The headset has a USB-C connector, just like my two Android tablets. But the headset connected directly to the tablet gives an error and the headset does not work. I tested the same on two tablets and a phone, all running on Android 10 systems. It was a bit disappointing and to solve this problem I contacted Revain GOOVIS store team and also GOOVIS directly. Contacting GOOVIS directly was useless, unresponsive and yielding no results, but the Revain store team was able to solve the problem by adding an additional converter (see attached image). Keep in mind that I only tested Android devices, not iPhones or other MAC variants. So this configuration works very well with Android devices, the picture is amazing, the resolution is excellent, the eye adjustment items also work well to find the most comfortable setting option. I still give 5 stars because the Revain store team was able to fix this issue and the headset is great! On the other hand, I also tested an adapter that allows to deliver power without converting to HDMI and vice versa. However, this adapter did not work with Android 10 devices (USB-c to powered USB-C). It works fine now and I really like it so far.
