Works great with my Sony Google TV. I'm glad it was compatible and have been looking for a replacement remote for a long time. It was connected as soon as I put the batteries in. USB is not required. It only remains to figure out how the Netflix button opens the app directly. All in all a perfect remote control for my needs.
