Just arrived in Colorado. We put on my daughter's very cute boots and found they had sent us two left boots. Really guys? And to top it all off, this is an obvious manufacturing defect as the zippers on each left shoe are on opposite sides. So we had no idea we were being sent two left shoes until we put them on my daughter. And yes, we tried swapping them out and the result is the same. The left leg feels great and the right leg is the left shoe so it gets crazy. So happy we can now buy overpriced snowshoes near our resort. Thanks for that. 👍🏻Update - The company contacted me and offered a free replacement. Since we already had to buy new shoes, I requested a refund and they happily agreed. When it comes time to order a new pair we'll give them another chance as the quality seems really good. That's why I give them an A++ for customer service.
