I haven't translated ALL the instructions into CHINESE yet, but it may not be necessary! I've been using this contact cleaner for two nights. Instead of rubbing each contact in my palm (before sanitizing) I simply place them in the lens case filled with my SANITIZING SOLUTION, place the lens case in the area on top of the cleaner and press for 5 minutes (TIME). After soaking them in the SANITIZING SOLUTION for a reasonable amount of time (4 hours in my case) and then putting the lenses in, they felt great, like a new pair! No discomfort like before when I soaked my contacts overnight. This is an ultrasonic contact cleaner, but you still need to disinfect the contacts as usual. I recommend this cleaner.
