Purchased this item, HD4 AC1200 and HD2 AC600 to extend Wi-Fi coverage from home to barn and beyond. My barn is 225 feet from my house. I installed an AC1200 on the side of my deck, connected it to my router via Cat6 and set it up as an access point. Place an AC600 in a shed 225 feet away and set it up as a repeater. I now have excellent Wi-Fi coverage up to 500 feet from my house and my entire barnyard, which has allowed me to install Wi-Fi cameras in multiple locations. Not sure how far my WiFi coverage is now but will check and check. Very happy with this product and setup.
