Photos are accurate but be careful they are fragile.
Mine had a deep cut on one of my fingers (almost half way through) and lots of blemishes where the silicone chemical didn't fill the mold completely (mostly between the fingers) so there are holes. But most of the time it looks pretty good. The toenails were pre-pasted with the product. I will say be very careful with this item as it dents and scratches very easily. It is impossible to get rid of dents.
