This type of doorstop does the job. Not how.
This type of doorstop does the job perfectly. Not as hard as I thought it would take. It is used on the front door, where there is a strong draft in the house when the back door is open. The door stays open! We all have times when we need to create that airflow to remove odors or just be able to move things around without worrying if the back door is open and the pet might slam shut. My home is pet proof, has lots of door stops so they never get caught, and I can leave the windows open when I'm not home! Hope that helps.
