This JeKaVis J-P45 senior amplifier phone with large button and loudspeaker is ready to use and a great solution for seniors who need easy operation with a landline phone. It is quite limited in its functionality and can be a bit confusing for an older person to build and program. It has no caller ID function. That being said, the large sizes are great and the sound quality is very good. If you are just looking for a regular landline for incoming calls for the elderly, this is a good option. We use ours on a desk and haven't tried hanging it on the wall, but the product offers that functionality.
