Product came exactly as described and with everything you could need. I used it for the first time today and to be honest I am very satisfied. I originally bought these for hybrid training so I could wear One & Head Remote students as well as students in class. However, I decided to try them out for a run today. I ran 3.1 miles with no problems! No loss of sound, battery or position. The sound quality is really clear. I have small ears so I was concerned. (came with 3 sizes to use) I am very happy with them so far and look forward to using them on their original purchase! Thank you!
