Not tacky and too thin to add additional tape
I have ordered a lot of additional Jeep adhesive parts, both inside and out. These don't stick at all. The finish is thin and the tape is even thinner. With the thinness of the skin, extra tape wouldn't help. Even if they got stuck I'm not sure they would last long. Very screwed up as they would look good and add some exterior details that would spice up the default look.
