Review on Tessitura by Shane Tomko

I love how easy it was set up in our organization! It took only about 10 minutes once we had someone who knew exactly where everything would go (which isn't always true). We were able to customize almost every aspect of this program as well - from colors/font sizes through customizing forms & templates so they look just like ours did before implementing tessera's solution at no cost to us. The customer service has been fantastic throughout my tenure here which makes me feel very confident going forward into future projects using Tessaurea products or other integrations within their ecosystem if needed down the road. There are some minor issues around data being entered incorrectly but these have not impacted any major functionality yet. However, since having implemented, there haven't really been many problems aside from those mentioned above. If you're looking to streamline your internal processes without spending tons of money outlay wise then.
