Easy for employees and customers alike

The ease in which I was able to create my own custom user roles/permissions within our organization's database as well as add new ones from other companies (like Zoosk). This made it easier than ever before when dealing with internal clients! It just took some getting used too but once you figure out how everything fits together this becomes very easy indeed!! We were looking at having multiple databases so we could have different data entry points into one single customer profile vs another…

Pros
  • Great support team
  • Very simple software for use.
  • Easy integration between systems like zoho CRM, Zapier or MailChimp all seamless & easily done through web interface rather then CLI code if required
  • Highly configurable system makes adding features almost limitless :)

  • maybe not enough documentation available yet

Great Volunteer Communications Platform

It was easy to use and I loved the team that helped us set it all up. It was a great platform to use for our volunteers and visitors to communicate with each other. The only thing I didn't like was how it didn't sync well with our other software that we use at the museum. I wish I could have seen it at the demo day but it was very good for our needs. It helped create a community of volunteers that we didn't even know existed before. It helped our volunteers communicate more with our visitors…

Pros
  • Great interface
  • Easy setup process, especially if you're tech savvy
  • Very simple user experience when using this app
Cons
  • Not being able not be synched in between platforms

An awesome product with an even better support team

I love how easy it was set up in our organization! It took only about 10 minutes once we had someone who knew exactly where everything would go (which isn't always true). We were able to customize almost every aspect of this program as well - from colors/font sizes through customizing forms & templates so they look just like ours did before implementing tessera's solution at no cost to us. The customer service has been fantastic throughout my tenure here which makes me feel very confident going

  • The customization options available within the platform really helped keep our internal processes running smoothly

  • There are a few things that could be improved and I think the system is still a little bit under developed
