It was easy to use and I loved the team that helped us set it all up. It was a great platform to use for our volunteers and visitors to communicate with each other. The only thing I didn't like was how it didn't sync well with our other software that we use at the museum. I wish I could have seen it at the demo day but it was very good for our needs. It helped create a community of volunteers that we didn't even know existed before. It helped our volunteers communicate more with our visitors which helped make them feel more welcome.
