One earpiece stopped working, the other became super quiet. Although before that the sound was not loud even at home, it is useless to use it in transport. It was a gift to my son, so it's very disappointing. To go to the service center of this company to try to change specially very far. I took exactly the same ones before, they worked for at least a few years, then they died out. I won't buy Sony again. It's not what it used to be. Disposable, you might say.
