When I first installed this showerhead and turned on the water, the water pressure blew me away literally! I had to take it half way down. And get this, I didn't have to take out the water restrictor either.It came with everything you need inside the package with very nice little cards to remind you of what to do and of course the warranty. I thought it was nice of them to include the tape to insulate the place where you screw the showerhead onto and the wrench to tighten it a little. Remember, you don't need to tighten it very much, just hand tighten would be good enough.I think my favorite setting (out of 5) is the rain and mist one. It feels really good on my back with that very fine mist, along with the rain shower, which covers just the right area of your body while taking a shower! It's not like my old showerhead where it shoots a large area that's not even needed. Now, I enjoy taking a shower more than ever! It's a great product for sure, highly recommended. I will most likely buy another one for my second bathroom.
