Dirty used goods delivered to us as new goods.
It couldn't have been rougher. The shoes themselves were clean and new - I bought new ones! Took out the insoles to put on my daughter's orthotics and found dirty stains on the insoles. Needless to say, it's terrible. Very disappointed to have this sent to us!
