They came in a cute box with a cute tag attached with a cute string tied like a ribbon on a gift. All napkins were folded in half and tied with string. There were a few dents but NBD. I made her bring lunch to our kids because she goes to a school that has no litter. After washing and drying, they will definitely soften and take on a more wrinkled texture. I suppose I could iron them, but I'm not a 1950's housewife, so no. If I were to use them as cocktail napkins I would probably send them to the dry cleaners to be washed/ironed.
