Review on Omega NC900HDC Juicer Extractor and Nutrition System for Fruit, Vegetable, and Wheatgrass Juice | Quiet Motor | Slow Masticating Dual-Stage Extraction | Adjustable Settings | 150-Watt | Metallic by Robert Larris

Works well but the juice filter broke after a few uses.

I like how this juicer works. The snail is the same size as the 8006, but the shell is slightly larger so you can feed it larger chunks of food. I also have 8006 and have been using it for over 6 years. The NC900's juice strainer fell apart after about a week of use. The attached photo shows the juice screen from my old 8006 and from my new NC900 - parts of the NC900 are visible. I can reassemble it and it works perfectly. But I'm worried that one of the small pieces will end up in my grinder. I have contacted Omega regarding this and received no response and it has been 2 weeks since I contacted them. This makes the juicer work as expected, but the processing is not as expected. UPDATE: I contacted Omega again through the customer service portal, not email. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement part.
