The platform is really intuitive to use - very smooth! When I've experienced issues (ease of logging in) they get resolved pretty quickly too with support at great speed as always from Pintelligent themselves! Sometimes its hard for pricing software solutions that haven't received enough public attention/adoption yet to provide all possible answers so you can have everything covered but there are no problems here either. Good product overall although not perfect where it should be compared against alternatives out now or even next year when this one will change anyway- just give them your feedback. Trying different ways by which we could create more effective quotes for our customers- both internal customers & external clients who choose to engage us via online applications before engaging directly through their sales team members. We're trying multiple new ideas every week thanks largely due to having such quick results. Price Intelligently's analytics tools are very helpful in understanding our marketing and sales teams' activities. It's also very helpful to see the overall health of the business, and its marketing and sales activities. I wish that it would have a mobile app. The customer service is top notch. Price Intelligently has helped us to understand our activities and make sure that we are maximizing our revenue.
