I’ve purchased at least 2 of these I think, and have been sent at least 2 replacements. They work GREAT for awhile but then something gives out and you lose the output "steam”. This device has some of the best "steam” (I feel like that’s not the right word but I’m tired lol) output I’ve ever seen and so I keep coming back to it. My last replacement just quit working tonight, hence why I’m on here - even tho it doesn’t last long I’m probably going to buy another just for the mist (that’s it! LOL) output. That’s how much I like it. If/when this one breaks down I’ll contact them again to see about a replacement. Which is unfortunate. Luckily they have good communication and are reasonable enough to send replacements free of charge. But I don’t feel right getting more than one replacement per purchase. I do feel like I’m getting my money’s worth - it’s not the most expensive machine out there and I like the features. Eventually that’ll catch up to me and I should probably invest in a more expensive machine, but for now this’ll have to do. ;)Mist output: 5/5Reliability: 2/5Other features: 4/5
