The product arrived exactly as described. As tools, you can use a guitar and a DULL kitchen knife or a butter knife. I watched various videos on YouTube and had no problems. It took almost 2 hours from start to finish. It takes the most time to remove all the glue and broken glass from the frame. I used nail polish remover and Qtips to remove the glue. It's actually not as difficult as it might seem at first. Take your time and watch a few YouTube videos to the end.
