My review isn't based on quality or Description of the plate . Exactly as described and very durable. Not suitable for dry removal and installation of cylinder liners. The very thin mold construction of dry liners will cause the bottom of the liner to expand in the block when using this tool. Removing by welding on the pads on the inside of the bushing to peel off the old bushing did the trick. Then attempting to install a new liner from the top resulted in failure as the side cutouts allowed the panel to pull into the liner - the thin-walled construction would sag without support. Can work well with wet liners, but go the other way if you're R&R dry.
