You will receive this thinking you have received the wrong size foam squares (like many reviewers), but find that the foam is packed very tightly so that all the air can escape and is sucked out. I panicked and thought they had sent me 1" deep squares, but when I cut the plastic wrap the styrofoam blew up with air and they ended up being the correct shape and 2" thick (it took about 15 to 30 minutes). The foam is exactly the same as on the website and perfect for my new seat cushions I am making now. They measure 20.5 square inches by 2 inches and their shape remains completely undamaged,
