I would never of thought of buying this product. My granddaughter ask for it for her Birthday. I bought her a black and beige. She loved them so much. I decided to try them myself. The bones support my back and the cross over elastic bands on the sides pull my waistline in. The front flattens my stomach. There is just enough stretch. It is very easy to breathe. I enjoy the look I have when I’m wearing waist trainer. Each time I put it on it becomes easier to close. It is comfortable enough to sleep in. I highly recommend giving this brand a try!
